[LBC] Como aproveito a Moda Lolita? || How Do You Enjoy The Fashion In Your Own Time?
Nessa semana o Lolita Blog Carnival convidou-nos a contar sobre nosso modo de viver e aproveitar a Moda Lolita! Esse é um tema bastante pessoal, e estou sempre curiosa para saber como outras pessoas adentram e reapropriam a subcultura em seu dia a dia. Quero dizer, a Moda Lolita é, antes de tudo, sobre roupas. Os hobbies e interesses que derivam da moda são, querendo ou não, acessórios. E esses acessórios variarão tanto com a personalidade quanto com os hábitos de quem os usa.
Dito isso, vamos à lista dos meus modos de aproveitar a Moda Lolita!
This week the Lolita Blog Carnival invited us to write a bit about how we enjoy The Fashion In our Own Time! This is a very personal topic, and I am quite curious to check everyone's post about this topic! I'm always interested on how people re-adapt the fashion for their own reality.

Montar e vestir coords || To wear the fashion
Parece óbvio que um dos meus interesses na moda seja justamente usá-la... Haha! Apesar disso, preciso dizer que gosto mais da parte de planejar e montar coords do que de usá-los. Gosto de ficar experimentando peças e combinando o que já tenho no guarda-roupa.
It may seem obvious that, in a fashion hobby, my main interest would be to... wear it? Haha, in any case, I'd say that I enjoy both wearing and planning the coords beforehand! I find it really pleasant to sit by myself and take my time mixing and matching my pieces and accessories.

Conversar sobre a moda || To talk about the fashion
Essa é uma das coisas que mais gosto, sério! Gosto bastante de conversar sobre padrões de cortes, história da moda, novidades, tendências que estão surgindo, personalidades, marca, novas estampas etc. O que mais gosto de saber, porém, é como cada um lida com a moda a um nível pessoal. É bem curioso como nunca é igual para duas pessoas.
That's one of the things I enjoy the most about this fashion! To be able to talk about it, to discuss trends, choices, fabrics, coords, history, changes etc. is really fun! I always like to understand how people deal with the fashion in their own ways.

Essa é outra atividade que gosto bastante! Pesquisar revistas antigas, traduzir artigos que tratem da história e juntar fragmentos do passado é realmente muito divertido para mim!
I love researching about the Fashion's history, specially through old blogs, magazines and books around there! I often post translations here on my blog and social medias. It's something that's both fun and helpful (I managed to memorize a bunch of Kanjis this way! haha).

I do enjoy browsing most brand's stores, even if they're not from the substyles I wear. Angelic Pretty's blog, for example, is so useful! I wish my favourite brands also kept a blog :(

Gosto de pensar que praticamente tudo o que temos sobre a moda disponível foi construído a partir da contribuição de membros
que traduziram, pesquisaram e disponibilizaram o conteúdo
gratuitamente. Acho esse um dos aspectos mais legais da Moda Lolita, e fico feliz em poder compartilhar com mais conteúdos aqui pelo blog!
One of the things that I appreciate the most about Lolita Fashion is the fact that most of the content we have nowadays, at least in regards to the Fashion's history, was translated and made available for free by the community itself. I really enjoy this aspect of the fashion, and I feel really happy to be able to provide content back! Translating things, digging magazines, writing detailed reviews and helping databases is something that makes me feel like I belong in this fashion.

Gosto bastante de escrever e refletir sobre a moda, caso contrário não teria esse blog, uhauha! Entender a relação da moda (como um todo), e o que há de social em nossa formação, é outro tema que gosto muito, tanto de ler quanto de escrever sobre.
Writing and reflecting upon the fashion and its social implications is something I really enjoy doing. It's not only about Lolita Fashion, of course, but the human part of fashion itself is a theme I really enjoy reading and writing about!

Acho que não é novidade que desenho várias coisas voltadas para a moda, né? Além do quadrinho Brolita e do Nunca Só (que ainda não terminei de postar aqui!), eu eventualmente posto alguma arte nova no meu Instagram, haha.
I guess it's not news for anyone that I enjoy drawing things related to the fashion, right? This year I'm taking part on Dentelles' latest zine, and I often uodate my Instagram account with new lolita-related drawings. Whenever I have time I also update an on-going comic I have about a sweet lolita and her own struggles with life :)

Consumir entretenimento ligado à moda || To consume media related to the fashion
Aqui no blog eu sempre posto review de livros, quadrinhos e filmes que vejo ligados à moda Lolita, certo? Eu gosto bastante de consumir entretenimento desse tipo, então fiquem à vontade para recomendar!
As I said before, I really enjoy reading books and comics, watching movies and series and checking blogs about Lolita Fashion! From time to time I make reviews here in this blog, so, if you ever have any recommendation, do not hesitate to comment here! I'll make sure to read it all!
In spite of not being a very social being (at least physically), I believe that getting together with people that share the same passion as you for this hobby is one of the most enjoyable activities out there. Going to a nice place and meeting people you like is, after all, one of the main activities in this fashion.

Apesar de não ser um ser sociável (fisicamente), acredito que estar com as pessoas que você gosta, e que dividem a mesma paixão que você pelo hobby, é uma ótima maneira de aproveitar a moda. Sair para um lugar bonitinho e aproveitar a conversa é sempre uma boa alternativa.In spite of not being a very social being (at least physically), I believe that getting together with people that share the same passion as you for this hobby is one of the most enjoyable activities out there.
